Together in unity the RUCPAC is making a powerful push to restore sanity, transparency and liberty in Oregon. We are a team of non-conformists who each face varying challenges and requirements in the districts we represent. As a caucus, we do not control the positions of our candidates. The Unity Caucus presents an open forum for leaders, partners and constituents to conduct regular debate and dialog. We are strengthened by our differences and unified by the values of our Founding Fathers. Our mission is to defeat the tyranny of equity plaguing the State of Oregon.

We are brought together in defense of the Bill of Rights.

  • We guarantee the preservation of all Oregonians’ right to express their opinions, views and religion without restriction and without government interference; to assemble and petition the government for redress of grievances. We support a free press, uninhibited by corporate and government influence.

  • We guarantee the right of law-abiding citizens to freely own, possess and transport firearms.

  • We guarantee all Oregonians to be safe from government surveillance of any kind, including by phone tap, data tracking, location tracking, social speech monitoring, social credit scoring or monitoring of any sort without probable cause supported by oath and describing the place to be searched and the persons or things to be seized.

  • We guarantee protection of private property rights against all forms of government infringement. Under no circumstances will we allow the government to repeat its massive property right infringement of the 2020 lockdowns.

  • The Sixth Amendment has been tested by Progressives holding January 6th protestors as enemy combatants, delaying trials and violating due process. President Joe Biden and other Progressives have called parents exercising their First Amendment Rights at school board meetings “terrorists” in effort to justify the violation of their civil rights under the Sixth Amendment. We guarantee the protection of Sixth Amendment Rights to all Oregonians who are American Citizens.

  • We guarantee the right to freely choose your medical provider and care provided.

  • We guarantee to open election processes and data to the public in effort to improve transparency to restore confidence in Oregon’s electoral process.

  • We guarantee to reduce taxation, cut government DEI programs and stop unnecessary tolling on Oregon’s critical transportation infrastructure. We will restore local control over public school districts so that the taxes we pay result in the policies we want.

  • Every American has the First Amendment Right not to be indoctrinated. We promise to bring legislation that provides education choice in which the taxpayer funding follows the child.

  • We guarantee to repeal all legislation that gives the State the power to infringe on the rights of local jurisdictions.
