David Brock-Smith Financed by California Democrat with Ties to Chinese Communist Party
Roseburg, Ore. – In our mission to try and understand why a Republican Senator, representing an 80% Republican district in Oregon, would vote for so many egregiously Progressive - even Communist - bills, we discovered this:
Since 2016 David Brock-Smith has been receiving $25,000 donations from San Francisco businessman, Tim Tuttle, for a known total of $150,000. Tuttle owns a company called Newport Asia, a brokerage management firm with clients across Asia. One of Newport Asia’s largest customers is a company called Atour Holdings, which is the largest chain of hotels and movie theaters in Communist China. As everyone knows, large companies in China are owned by the Communist government.
Talk radio show host Rob Taylor confronted David Brock Smith on his show about Tuttle and his financial ties to communist China. Rob Taylor was later fired as a result, but Smith denies he or Tuttle had anything to do with it. As the show in question was distributed statewide, questions of Smith’s loyalty to the United States began to boil over. Smith responded by widely distributing an email with an attached PDF titled “Addressing Recent Misinformation.”
Smith defended Tuttle stating: “Mr. Tuttle has built his home north of Gold Beach Oregon in 2007 and is a registered Independent voter. He is not a Democrat campaign contributor from San Francisco, California as Mr. Taylor has published in another rant of misinformation.”
As you can see, Tuttle is in fact actively registered as an Independent voter in Oregon and that he has voted in Oregon since 2012.
However, he is also registered as a Democrat in California and has been voting in both states, illegally, between 2015 and 2022. This is proven by a public records request conducted by Taylor prior to the radio show in question. See below:
Why did Smith lie about his largest donor’s party registration in California? We can only suppose, its because he doesn’t want you to know who he really works for.
